Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
- Examination has not been attempted
- Less than 30% of course content has been accessed
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Certificates already issued
- Examinations already attempted
- Courses with more than 30% completion
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@certx.pro with:
- Your order/enrollment ID
- Reason for refund request
- Email address used for registration
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
