Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • Examination has not been attempted
  • Less than 30% of course content has been accessed

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certificates already issued
  • Examinations already attempted
  • Courses with more than 30% completion

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@certx.pro with:

  • Your order/enrollment ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Email address used for registration

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
